FEATURES OF COMMUNICATION IN THE SOCIAL-INFORMATION FIELD OF MODERN UKRAINIAN POLITICS

Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the features of communication in the socioinformational field of modern Ukrainian political discourse. The analysis was carried out on the material of the language means of Ukrainian political experts and political technologists. The use of linguistic means of audience persuasion, direct and indirect influence is argued. The lexical, morphological, and syntactic means are represented, thanks to which modern political experts and technologists create their own verbal strategies for influencing the consciousness and subconscious, political preferences and views of society. The speech of representatives of the political community, in particular the Ukrainian one, is multifaceted and dependent on several factors at once. During the analysis of any type of discourse, for example, political, it is necessary to take into account the pragmatic aspect of the used means of speech, because it is the leader in the effectiveness of communication. Therefore, in our scientific work, the verbal means of political experts and technologists were analyzed, taking into account not only linguistic, but also socio- and psycholinguistic features. The linguistic and cultural level of both the addressee and the addressee, the broad context, the intentions of all participants in the communication – all this can determine the ways of verbalizing the meanings of what is being expressed and the conceptual content. The image of political experts and political technologists, their social status, high level of professionalism, oratorical skills, political experience, language and speech competence play a fundamental role during political communication. The leading issue of the research is the linguistic description and clarification of specific speech means inherent in political experts and technologists, used to influence public opinion. The scientific work is aimed at studying the peculiarities of verbal means in the speech of modern Ukrainian political experts and technologists. The purpose of the article is to find out the semantic-functional and structural-grammatical language and communication tools used to implement relevant strategies and tactics in the communicative political environment of Ukraine. Attention is also focused on strengthening emotionality, expressiveness, imagery, thanks to which effective communication is realized, in particular, an adequate reaction of the audience. The results of the scientific research represent a number of characteristic linguistic features of political discourse, in particular in the speech of modern Ukrainian political experts and technologists.
