Abstract

The starting point for considering modern trends and regularities in the development of higher education in Ukraine is an appeal to the process of creating a European area of higher education. The main vectors of development of the modern world determine the directions of modernization of the education system. These include the processes of internationalization, integration and globalization. The study revealed the existence of external and internal patterns of development of the process of professional training of future specialists in socionomic specialties, which are integrative in nature and determined by existing social conditions, the social nature of a person, and the specifics of the educational space. The internal laws of the educational process include connections between its subjects and between the components of the didactic process: goals, content, methods, means, forms. External patterns of training future specialists in socionomic specialties in higher education institutions characterize the dependence of training on social processes and conditions: the formation of professional competence of future specialists in socionomic specialties affects the activation of resources for the humanization of society and self-realization of the individual; the continuity and advanced nature of professional education ensures a gradual increase in the competence potential of future specialists in socionomic specialties, influences the content and technology of training; integration as a general global trend in the development of all spheres of human life and society determines the development of a system of professional training of specialists in socionomic specialties as an educational and professional environment. The presented patterns determine the general strategy for solving problems of professional training and serve as the basis for the effective professionalization of future specialists in socionomic specialties. The set of patterns reveals the essence, levels of development, integration mechanisms and factors for optimizing the professional training of future specialists in socionomic specialties, and allows us to consider this process as an integral phenomenon that ensures its effectiveness.
