Abstract

The article makes actual the need of improving the training of future specialists in education with a focus on the new European standards. Training of the specialists by the type «human-human» today requires special focus for a successful professional career, which is the foundation of personal competence, independence, self-esteem, freedom in developing their own lifestyle. To achieve this, the scientific - technological progress and modern information society become possible by participating in the training activities which are constantly carried out to improve the knowledge, skills and professional qualities. The starting point of any education system is its focus on the all-kind and harmonious development of human. Therefore, training of teachers certainly requirements not only intellectual (academic) intelligence, measured by IQ, but also the emotional intelligence, which is the most common interpretation of ability to recognize their own feelings and the feelings of others with the aim of motivating yourself and guiding own emotions in relationships with others in a context of self-healing. We can assume that emotional intelligence along with cognitive-intellectual cognitive competence is a part of the internal structure of competence, which reflects the social, motivational and functional components. The theory of positive psychotherapy seems to be relevant in this context - a new humanistic method that focuses on maximum activation of individual potential. From the perspectives of the founder of given approach, Mr.N. Pezeshkian, each human posses two basic skills: ability to learn (cognitive) and the ability to love (emotion). Last one makes the essence of human and her selfness is a source of self-development. Thus, the formation of professional qualities is closely associated with the process of gaining professional knowledges and skills. Comprehensive implementation of the proposed areas of contemporary pedagogical education improvement in higher institutions will contribute, in our opinion, into the formation of the students' desire and ability to acquire knowledge (as during the training in a high school as well as after graduation), and put them into practice.
