PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND PARENTS: THE EXPERIENCE OF POLAND AND POSSIBILITIES OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the study of the Polish experience of partnership between Preschool Education Institutions and parents, which is a key factor in the quality of the educational process and the comprehensive development of preschool children. The regulatory and legal frameworks, methodological approaches and effective organizational forms of cooperation used in Poland are considered. The possibilities of implementing these approaches in Ukrainian preschool education to increase the level of parental involvement and improve the educational environment are assessed. The study is based on the analysis of scientific sources, regulatory documents in the field of preschool education, as well as modeling promising ways to adapt effective practices. Special attention is paid to the legal regulation of cooperation, the involvement of parents in decision-making, the use of modern digital communication tools and the development of teachers' communicative competence.It has been determined that the Polish model of partnership between Preschool Education Institutions and parents consists of three main blocks: conceptual, content- activity and effective. The tasks that contribute to the harmonious development of children as a result of the implementation of the partnership between Preschool Educational Institutions and parents are systematized. The principles of partnership are outlined, which include: the principle of positive motivation, partnership, unity of influences and systematic cooperation. The main forms of development of partnership between preschool educational institutions and parents are determined, which include: individual meetings, adaptation meetings, general and group meetings, open classes, integration meetings, joint celebrations, children's work fairs, information corners for parents, meetings with specialists.The implementation and development of similar principles of partnership between Preschool Education Institutions and parents in Ukraine will contribute to improving cooperation between all participants in the educational process and improving the quality of preschool education, and also requires taking into account Ukrainian educational realities, improving regulatory and legal regulation, and training teachers for effective interaction with parents.
