Abstract

The article is dedicated to the investigation of the project method in the study of literary disciplines in higher education institutions. Key aspects of organizing project activity are discussed, including project structure, implementation stages, forms of presenting results, and evaluation. The author thoroughly examines the role of the teacher in preparing students for the project and supporting their work, emphasizing the importance of project work in stimulating student activity, their creative development, and collaboration. The importance of using interactive methods in the educational process and developing the pedagogical skills of future teachers is underscored. Additionally, the practical application of the project method in studying literary works and biographies of writers as a means of stimulating intellectual activity and self-realization of students is analyzed. The work is of great significance for improving the quality of education and developing the creative abilities of students in modern educational practice.
