PEDAGOGICAL MODELING OF EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIP REGARDING THE ADAPTATION OF MILITARY PERSONNEL – EDUCATION SEEKERS DURING THEIR STUDIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article theoretically substantiates and reveals the essence of the concept of "pedagogical modeling of educational partnership for the adaptation of military personnel". The training of military personnel in higher education institutions is considered as a specific form of social and professional adaptation, where the educational environment is a key factor influencing the personality. Based on the analysis of scientific approaches (systemic, axiological, acmeological, etc.), the main properties of pedagogical modeling are identified: universality, innovation and technologicality. The work systematizes the views of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the essence of the phenomenon of "modeling" and "model", and their classification is carried out according to functional purpose (prognostic, conceptual, instrumental models). It has been determined that pedagogical modeling of educational partnership for the adaptation of military personnel is a scientific and pedagogical method of designing a holistic system of interaction between subjects of the educational process (servicemen-applicants, teachers and educational institution), which is aimed at creating specific conditions of the educational environment for the successful entry of combatants into the civilian educational sphere, their mastery of new social roles and professional competencies through simulation of future activities and prediction of learning outcomes. Particular attention is paid to the structure of the modeling process, which includes stages from the formulation of the problem to the transfer of the acquired knowledge to the real educational process. It was determined that the effectiveness of military personnel adaptation directly depends on the level of educational partnership, the qualifications of the scientific and pedagogical staff, and the creation of a professionally oriented learning environment.
